CVS Health digital transformation

Problem: CVS Health was on a mission to become the premier health & wellness destination for customers nationwide. The problem, its digital platform and tools were years behind its competitors.

Idea: Begin a rapid digital transformation starting with the most visited customer facing properties. A full cvs.com and cvshealth.com redesign along with a digital brand refresh and new digital tools brought an overall 143% increase in customer engagement and brand favorability.

Results: The new digital platform brought 100bps improvement in health and wellness brand perception, 800K more visits and 43% more customer considerations.
