Recently I have been diggin' the monoline typography. What I like about it is that it takes a lot of planning and believe it or not it's hard to do freehand. This is definitely a new style in my toolkit but I am hoping to transform into a clean hand-made font in the future....

Hand lettering imperfections

Few months ago I had to hand write ideas for a presentation and I realized how rarely I get to do this nowadays. Between using all the laptops, smart phones and touch screens I had become disenchanted with hand writing. After all, a hand written note could never be as perfect as the one I can make on my computer. But I missed that feeling of creating with my hands, of making things imperfect. My own hand writing has become ugly and shaky. I decided I needed to do something about it...
